CEMRES is a structure which leads the annual reseach works of the 5+5 initiative. Works of this year are on theme: «security challenges related to climate change in 5+5 area: what implications for defense policies». 

Exchanges during the meeting of the 26th January were been particularly deeply nourished around the complex topic but innovative, confirming the growing maturity of the CEMRES activities and the importance of research aspect within the 5+5 defense initiative.
